Free 15-minute consultation

Prior to your first coaching session, a 15-minute consultation is required. Before the consultation, prospective clients will receive an intake form, which will present several questions to determine if we are a great fit for one another. After all, attaining and maintaining healthy relationships is key! Once your intake form is completed and submitted, we may schedule your first session (scheduling is completed via email).

50-minute coaching session

During this 50-minute session, we will get to the root of your relationship goals and needs, identifying areas of improvement and pinpointing strengths in an effort to make better relationships with self, others, nutrition, sleeping habits, and more. Once these needs and goals are identified through introspection and retrospection, clients will receive the tools to move forward and vastly improve these specific areas. These 50-minute sessions will provide you with a professional sound board, as I ask the hard questions and you freely answer within an judgement-free environment. Happiness is integral to health and solid relationship. Clients can look forward to acquiring the tools to make their lives better, to make them happier. Coaching sessions may be scheduled via email.
